What the Programme Is and How It Runs

The Coaches Zone Affiliate Programme allows you to earn commission by promoting our products to your coaching audience. It’s a simple and rewarding way to partner with us and help more coaches access high-quality tools and resources.

Here’s how it works:

Sign Up – Register through our affiliate portal to get started. Once approved, you’ll receive a unique affiliate link and a 10% discount code to share with your audience.
Share and Promote – Use your link or discount code to promote our products through your website, social media, email campaigns, or other platforms.
Earn Commission – For every sale made through your link or code, you’ll earn 15% commission on the total sale value (excluding shipping). For example, if someone spends £100 after applying the 10% discount, you’ll earn £15.
Track Your Earnings – You can monitor your earnings in real-time via the affiliate dashboard.
Withdraw Your Funds – When ready, you can request a payout. Funds will be sent to your selected payment method promptly.

Cookie Tracking
Our system uses cookies to track referrals. If a new customer clicks your link and accepts cookies, their purchases will be linked to your account—even for future orders—so long as they use the same account or device.

Acceptance of Terms

Affiliate Responsibilities

Commissions and Payments

Affiliates earn 15% commission on the total sale value (excluding shipping).
Commissions are tracked and recorded in your affiliate dashboard.
Payments are processed upon request, subject to minimum payout thresholds (if applicable).
We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent, canceled, or refunded transactions.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must follow ethical marketing practices.
Affiliate promotions must not involve spam, misleading claims, or inappropriate content.
Follow platform-specific rules (e.g., social media or email marketing policies).

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account at our sole discretion for:

Breach of these terms and conditions.
Fraudulent activity or misuse of affiliate tools.
Extended periods of inactivity.

Upon termination, any pending commissions will be forfeited.

Intellectual Property
All promotional materials, logos, and trademarks provided remain our property. Affiliates may not alter or misuse any materials without prior consent.

Disclaimer of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the affiliate programme.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our business operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
