We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online retail store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below:

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it - We do not pay for return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective item to help us better understand the issue.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take several business days to process and appear on your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

I Did Not Receive My Order
If your item is not delivered within 30 business days - we will first contact our shipping provider to confirm it has not been delivered. If your item was not delivered due to a problem with the mailing service, we can issue a full refund. However, if your item is not delivered due to a recipient error (i.e. not paying customs fee, not taking delivery etc.), we will only issue a refund for the items which are returned to in the same condition as when they were sent (No shipping costs are refunded in this situation).

Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at anytime & you will be a member until the end of the payment cycle. We do not offer any refunds on subscriptions.

Exceptions
Some items may be exempt from our refund policy, such as Digital or personalized items. Please see our website or contact us for more information.
