This rondo drill is used for recovery runs and transition. 3 grids are in the practice with 2 grids live at any one time.
Each live grid is a 4v2 rondo. Once the 2 defenders win possession within a grid, the player who lost possession and the player to their right must sprint into the open grid and become the 2 defenders.
The grid you run into will depend on which grid is free.
